This transformation focused on key updates in the kitchen including new paint, floor stain, countertops, faucet, backsplash, and hardware, changing the color palette from dark brown to warm whites and gentle grays for an overall elevated effect. McFarlie Cove: Prior to renovating, this primary bath was lacking in design. By making a few key swaps including a new vanity, flooring, mirrors, light fixtures, hardware, and a free-standing tub, the bathroom now exudes style and functionality and helped this house to sell quicker than most in the area.
