Project Scope

• Kitchen: Paint island cabinetry and hood, remove outdated pendant lights and glass door curtains, update countertops, and backsplash

• Butler’s Pantry: Update countertops and backsplash

• Primary Bathroom: Paint walls, trim, and vanity, update vanity mirrors, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and tile throughout (including the shower), replace drop-in bathtub with freestanding tub

• Powder Room: Update vanity, lighting, mirror, and faucet

• Additional Updates: Paint throughout the home
